At Raomio, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any issues with your order, we’re here to help resolve them quickly and efficiently.

To start a return, please go to our return portal here.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your concern and arrange for a prompt exchange or refund, as applicable.

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options for eligible returns:

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after approval. 

Return Shipping Costs

Raomio does not cover the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty or there was an error on our part. For returns related to any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If a customer purchased redo in their order, then redo will cover their return label.

Raomio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or final sale items (where applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Additional Fees and Charges

Please note that any additional duties, taxes, or shipping charges that may arise during the return process are non-refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or taxes on international orders.

Exchanges

Raomio does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. If the product you ordered is faulty or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement.

  • Ineligible items: Please review the product descriptions and exclusions for items not eligible for return, such as final sale and personalized items.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to provide a full refund or exchange.
