How do I place an order?

  1. Select your color and size on the product page.
  2. Add the item to your Shopping Bag.
  3. Proceed to Checkout, enter your email and shipping address.
  4. Choose your shipping and payment methods.
  5. Review your order and click "Purchase Now".
  6. A confirmation email will be sent, and you'll receive tracking once your item ships.

What is your return/exchange policy? We offer store credit for returns. Contact us at raomioestudio@raomio.com within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags intact. Sale items (20% off) are non-returnable.

What items are non-refundable? Gift cards and used, broken, or bleached items cannot be returned.

What if the item I received is damaged? Report within 3 days of delivery for an exchange.

What are the refund options? We provide store credit for returns.

How soon will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of approval. Duties, taxes, or charges are non-refundable.

Where do you ship orders from? All orders ship from Reno, Nevada.
