Tip 1: Wash Only When Necessary
Washing clothes can wear down fibers over time, even on delicate cycles. To help prolong the life of your Raomio pieces (and all your garments), wash them only when they’re truly dirty. Wearing them several times between washes will keep your clothes looking great for longer.

Tip 2: Wash With Cold Water and Use a Natural Detergent
Cold water is gentler on fabrics, helping to preserve the color of dyes and prevent fabric deterioration. It also reduces the risk of shrinkage. Pair it with a natural detergent to keep your clothing and the planet happy.

Tip 3: Tumble Dry on Low Heat or, Better Yet, Air Dry
Air drying your clothes is the most eco-friendly way to preserve their quality, using less energy and helping fabrics last longer. If you’re short on time, tumble dry on low heat and toss in a few wool dryer balls to speed up the drying process while reducing chemical exposure from conventional dryer sheets.

Tip 4: Avoid Ironing, But Use Low Heat When You Do
Heat can weaken fabrics, so we recommend avoiding ironing whenever possible. If you do need to smooth out wrinkles, use the lowest heat setting to avoid damaging the fibers.

Tip 5: Hang or Fold Along the Seams
To keep your clothing in its best shape, hang items by the seams or fold them neatly. This helps prevent unnecessary stretching or misshaping.

Shipping  Methods :

We ship from Reno Nevada every Monday to thursday, excluding weekends & holidays.

Raomio uses USPS for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in

the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Raomio is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. 

 Our current processing time is 2 to 5 business days on all orders. Our default method of shipping is standard, which takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the USA, excluding other countries. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

Package Delivered, But Can't Find It? We’re Here to Help!

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you're unable to locate it, don’t worry we’re happy to assist you! Before reaching out to us, please review these helpful tips:

1. Verify the Tracking Information
   Double-check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your correct address. Sometimes packages are mistakenly delivered to nearby access points or neighboring addresses.
2. Check with Your Local Post Office or Shipping Carrier
   Contact your local post office or the shipping company listed on your tracking information. Occasionally, packages may not be delivered due to issues such as missed deliveries or being held at a facility for further processing.
3. Look Around Your Property
   Be sure to check common delivery spots like your front porch, side door, mailbox, or with a nearby neighbor sometimes packages are left in less obvious places for safety.
4. Missing Package Claims
   Please note that once your package shows as "delivered" in the tracking system, Raomio is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if you're unable to locate the package after checking the above steps.

Faulty Products

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after approval. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Raomio does not cover the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty or there was an error on our part. For returns related to any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable return method for the security of your return. Raomio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The product must be returned with all tags and packaging intact.
• Personalized or final sale items (where applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Raised in Argentina in a family deeply connected to clothing production, Carla grew up immersed in craft, design, and the expressive power of fashion.
